All sales are final once the PDF is delivered. These are digital ebooks. Nothing is shipped. Delivery is immediate by email.

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges after delivery, including a change of mind, the wrong book, or a book you have not read.

If the file never arrives, email hunter@nextrecommendation.com and we will resend the link. If we confirm we never delivered it, we will refund that order. Contact us before a chargeback.
